Granite Edvance $500 Scholarship Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
Following the 2026 Market Days Festival in Concord NH, Granite Edvance will select one (1) eligible student “Student” at random to receive one (1) $500 scholarship. This Student must provide proof of identification.
This drawing is being sponsored by Granite Edvance located at 3 Barrell Court, Concord NH 03301.
NO OBLIGATION. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. AN EXISTING RELATIONSHIP WITH GRANITE EDVANCE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. Winner must claim prize within 72 Hours. This Promotion and its terms are void where prohibited by Federal or State law.
Eligibility
An eligible student must be:
- A NH resident or non-NH resident attending a NH school;
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary or college program at an accredited institution.
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
- Immediate family members and any persons living in the same household of an employee or trustee of Granite Edvance. (i.e spouse, parent, child, sibling, mother- or father-in-law, son- or daughter-in-law, or sister- or brother-in-law, including step and adoptive relationships.)
How to Enter
Students attending the Market Days Festival may follow the QR Code/link provided at the event to enter the scholarship giveaway drawing. Students may submit their entry from 10:00:00AM EST on June 25, 2026, to 8:00:00 PM EST on June 27, 2026. One entry per student is allowed.
The sponsor is not responsible for, and will void, incomplete, lost, misdirected, or otherwise faulty entries, regardless of the cause. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole discretion if it is believed that the entry was received as the result of unfair, deceptive or harmful practices.
Prize
Following the Market Days Festival Event, there will be a drawing for the single, non-renewable $500 scholarship prize. The scholarship prize will be sent from the Sponsor to the Winner’s confirmed school with instructions for the funds to be applied to the Winner’s student account.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
Winning
Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and the drawing will take place on or around 12:00 PM on Tuesday 6/30/2026. The Winner will be notified by email and must respond to that email within 72 hours from the time it is sent to claim the prize. If the Winner does not respond within the allotted time, they forfeit the prize and another Winner will then be drawn by the Sponsor. The Sponsor recommends checking all mailboxes including SPAM folders. Winner may not choose an alternate prize and the prize may not be transferred.
The Winner will be responsible for any tax implications that come as a result of winning.
Delivery of Prize
The Winner will be notified of their prize via email on or around 6/30/2026. The scholarship prize will be sent from the Sponsor to the Winner’s confirmed school with instructions for the funds to be applied to the Winner’s student account.
Privacy
The information provided to the Sponsor will be used to communicate with entrants, unless the participant has opted out, as set forth in these Official Rules, the Sponsor may contact participants at a later date with respect to products or financial tips which the Sponsor believes may be of interest to them. By entering the drawing, all Students acknowledge and agree that the personal information that they have provided will be maintained by the sponsor in accordance with the sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Consent Release
Each Winner’s acceptance of an award constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, photograph, video, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), without notice, consent, review, approval or further compensation. Acceptance of an award also constitutes the Winner’s permission for the Sponsor to share the Winner’s name and mailing address with other entities for recognition purposes.
Disputes/Governing Law
The substantive laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States apply to and govern this drawing and any claims must be raised and resolved in the Federal or state courts located in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
In alignment with the Right to Modify section below, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules based on any disputes raised regarding unforeseen issues that the Sponsor deems appropriate in an effort to promote fairness.
Limitation on Liability
By agreeing to the rules herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents as well as its employees, directors and officers for any cost, loss or damage of any kind resulting from his or her participation in this promotion.
Right to Modify, Suspend or Terminate
The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this scholarship promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
