‘The stress that had once filled the room had lifted.’ Our Customer Experience team provides more than just loan assistance

Earlier this summer, a mother and son visited Granite Edvance to get help submitting an application for a Granite Edvance private student loan.  

“From the moment they walked in, it was clear they were carrying a heavy weight,” said Abbeyrose, a member of the Granite Edvance Customer Experience team. “Even though the mother had been through this process before, the looming tuition deadline had her feeling overwhelmed and anxious.” 

Abbeyrose took her time guiding the family through the process, answering their questions and addressing concerns. “By the end of the appointment, not only was the application successfully submitted, but the stress that had once filled the room had lifted,” she recalled. “They left feeling light, relieved, and truly ready to embrace the school year ahead.”  

Let’s face it: Getting a loan is not high on anybody’s list of favorite activities. But Abbeyrose and the rest of Granite Edvance’s Customer Experience team make it as easy and positive as possible. From the first question to the final loan disbursement, they’re committed to delivering not only expert support but also genuine care. They can assist families by phone, email, or even in person!

“Parents and students are so scared and don’t know where to start. We let them know that it is okay to not know what to do and feel scared. That is what we are here for. We are small enough that they learn our names and vice versa. They know they are not just another caller. We try to add a personal touch to the process.”

We are always looking out for the families when they are making these rather large financial decisions for their students’ future.”
