ApplyNH
Thousands of NH high school students apply to college and trade school each fall through ApplyNH. Facilitated by Granite Edvance in schools around the state, ApplyNH provides students with dedicated time and support during the school day to work on their applications. All NH colleges waive their application fees for the event, and many send volunteers to help with the events. Each school also receives a $500 scholarship to award to one student who submits a college application.
ApplyNH helps students become more confident in their application process and encourages them to explore all options, including college-and-career pathways here in New Hampshire. All seniors at participating schools are welcome, regardless of their future plans.
ApplyNH is part of the American College Application Campaign (ACAC), a national effort to help high school seniors navigate the college admissions process and increase the number of students who submit college applications, with a focus on first-generation and low-income students.
In 2025, a record 85 high schools across the state participated in ApplyNH, and more than 3,000 students completed over 6,000 applications, of which 5,648 were to NH college and universities. Read more here.
