Granite Edvance awards $27,000 in scholarships to two-year and trade-school students
Concord, NH – Granite Edvance is pleased to announce the recipients of its two-year and trade-school scholarship for the 2026 summer term. During this latest scholarship window, the statewide nonprofit awarded $27,000 in scholarships to 19 NH students attending two-year programs and trade schools.
“We’re excited to continue supporting students of all backgrounds and pathways in pursuing their goals,” said Granite Edvance President and CEO Christiana Thornton. “We’ve heard from many students that these scholarships truly make a difference in their ability to stay enrolled in school, while also signaling our confidence in them as future members of our workforce and communities.”
Scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 were awarded to NH residents attending two-year programs and Title IV-eligible trade schools. Awardees come from all over the state and are preparing for a wide range of careers.
Scholarships for two-year and trade-school students are now being offered three times a year, to better support students in pursuing education goals throughout the year.
“This support has made a meaningful difference for me and my family by easing financial stress and allowing me to focus more fully on my education,” said Rosaines Guerrero, a spring term scholarship recipient and student at Nashua Community College. “Knowing that others believe in my goals and future means more than I can express.”
The fall scholarship for two-year and trade-school students is open through July 8. Up to $110,000 is available. For more information, visit Graniteedvance.org/ge-scholarship.
